At various times throughout the year, I love to offer free material and Christmas is ideal.
It is also an obvious choice as we come to the end of this year, to review how well it’s gone and look at any unfinished concerns. It gives us time to clear out all that is no longer a priority and may be already completed and doesn’t need to be brought to the next chapter of our lives.
There is so much to cherish though, so it’s a great time to count our blessings and identify what we do want to keep in our lives and maybe even close to our hearts.
Once space has been made, it enables us to bring in the new and identify our dreams, hopes and desires as we all as being a fabulous time to design a new dream/vision board, create powerful affirmations and visualisations to go along with it and help manifest these through 2019.
So thats what has been put together to gift to you!
You can access it HERE – you simply enter your name and email address and the rest will happen automatically and a series of emails will wing their way to you over a ten day period.
Often when we think about the law of attraction and the dreams and hopes we want in our lives, we think about the material factors. We think about our home, a holiday, a new car or the ideal job…….
- Are these really the elements of our life that give us what we really want and need?
- Are these the things that make our heart sing on and on?
- Are these the things that spring into our mind we think about our memories?
- Are these the things that will fulfil our life? that will enable us to live a prosperous life.
- Are you willing to surrender the “not enough” lie and give yourself permission to flourish?
So when you join and take part in this free guide, think about the true elements for you and see if you can compete this exercise with your specific needs in mind. The things in life that will make your heart and soul grow.
Lastly, for this period over the Christmas time – I would encourage you to spend a little more time pampering YOU, giving you the added attention that you don’t always have time for.
See if you can adopt a sense of self compassion – develop a loving kindful (Mindful self kindness) connected (listen to your needs) presence (moment to moment awareness).
Treat yourself as you would a loved one. Would you speak to your loved one the way your talk to yourself? I think not!
Write down as many ways that you can be kind and loving to yourself this festive period as possible.
Some examples may include, soaking and pampering your feet, long baths with indulgent bubbles, walks in nature, spending time with friends, taking extra time to cleanse and moisturise your skin, listening to your favourite music, reading a book, singing your heart out, writing, laughing, playing….
I would love to hear some of the things you have done
Be gentle with yourself
Be Kind to YOU always
