There it is again that word – FORGIVENESS.

For me forgiveness is a daily process. It is a process that sets us free from holding the burdens of judgement and grudges about another person or indeed ourselves.

When we are ready to forgive, it actually has nothing to do with any other person or the situation itself. It does not mean that we condone any behaviours – It is all about our own freedom and inner peace.
It is the process of letting go and releasing ourselves of the emotional hurts and pain, a process that enables you to put the heavy burdens down and release yourself to that sense of peace and freedom.
To start try with smaller things that feel relatively easy to forgive and then consciously make the decision let go of more and more each day.
